Hiking and camping

They talk about healthy lifestyle and regular training, everything which is possible to improve personal health and brain work. Of course, nobody is going to argue that it is needed and sound leisure. Everybody is able to find something for his soul and body.
However, I know many people who consider training and working out to be too boring business. Otherwise, they prefer more fascinating and interesting time while they are camping or hiking. For example, you attend the gymnasium twice per week. You work hard for two hours, sweating and breathing hard, looking at the floor or seeing the same red sweaty faces. Brrrrr... Of course, there is an alternative all the time. For example, you are able to attend the shaping classes where the slim girls are jumping listening to music (or basketball team training to look at the well-build men). Not a bad variant, I mean. And then you return to your office to enjoy the same walls with the artificial flowers and rows of folders. No impressions.
What about camping? First of all, it is a kind of extreme for those who like bright emotions. The rivers crossing, the mountain climbing and even sleeping in the tent and eating from the same bowl seem to be different to your usual lifestyle. Second, wonderful landscapes that take your breathe away. Third, when you climb the mountain with the heavy backpack and see this beauty under your feet, is it happiness? Does it prove that you reach one more goal to tell yourself "I can! I did it". Fourth, usually camping and hiking is not held alone. Merry and interesting company is an advantage. Fifth, even if you are going to start walking tour alone, it is a wonderful opportunity to relax after city stresses and, perhaps, find the new breed of rabbit in order to bring your name into the history annals. Sixth, you can check your energy and other people's characters. Friend in need is a friend indeed, they say. Seventh, making pictures could be funny as well. And what about singing while you are sitting at the fire and feeling every muscle of yours? Perhaps, there is smell of romance in it.
So, perhaps, it is enough. No matter what you choose – mountains, woods, rivers or plains – the experience is up to you to understand if you like it, if you are able to cope with that again and enjoy it really. No matter what kind of relaxation you find out, it is your choice.
